General ManagerWith over 16 years as a general manager in the outdoor industry, Charles Eisnnicher serves as our capable General Manager. His experience managing all aspects of an outfitter business is invaluable to leading our operations.
Ryan Castagno
Outfitter and Lead GuideRyan Castagno serves a dual role as our Outfitter and Lead Guide. With 30 years of experience as both an outfitter and guide, including owning his own outfitter business previously, Ryan intimately understands how to create exceptional guided expeditions for clients. His expertise ensures our trips are expertly planned and flawlessly executed.
Steve Castagno
Guide and Business AdvisorSteve Castagno brings over 32 years of outfitting experience to our startup outfitting business. As the former owner and guide of Castagno Outfitters for over three decades, Steve has extensive expertise in all aspects of outfitting from customer service to trip planning and logistics.
Together, Charles and Ryan form a management team with nearly 50 combined years specifically in outdoor businesses. Their specialized experience and skill sets complement each other perfectly to manage both our back office operations and frontline delivery of excursions. With their leadership, we are poised for success as a leading outfitter in Wyoming.
Steve’s guidance on best practices, local partnerships, and navigating permit processes will ensure we get off to a strong start in our first seasons. As an advisor, he will consult with us on trip planning, gear selection, and developing outstanding interpretive programs to enrich our clients’ experiences.
With decades of experience training guides, Steve will also mentor our guides to help instill top-notch field skills. His long track record of successful outfitting experiences makes Steve an ideal advisor as we aim to provide best-in-class backcountry trips that showcase the splendor of Wyoming.
