Just a note: Our adventures go rain or shine. If YOU cancel or decrease the number of participants in your party the following cancellation policies apply. These policies ensure all of our guests are treated equally and fairly.

Physical Requirements & Medical Conditions

By booking an adventure or trip with Soda Peak Outfitters, LLC you are acknowledging you are aware and meet minimum activity age, weight, and physical requirements. Requirements vary depending on location, trip, and activity. Please consult individual booking pages for requirements and recommendations. Unless otherwise specified, all minors (17 and under) require the presence of an adult during all activities.

Soda Peak Outfitters, LLC activities take place in remote locations and we ask that you inform Soda Peak Outfitters, LLC of any pre-existing medical conditions such as severe allergic reactions, heart conditions or physical injuries that you may have. If you have a medical condition that requires medication such as an allergic reaction to food/bees, asthma, diabetes or a heart condition, you are strongly advised to consult with your physician regarding your participation in this activity and, if appropriate, carry any medication prescribed for your condition during this activity. Additionally, please inform your trip leader of the medication you intend to carry and whether a family member or friend who is familiar with administering your medication will be participating in the course. On guided activities, your trip leader will be able to keep the medication safe and dry for you.

Cancellation Policy for Soda Peak Outfitters – Hunting Trips:

We understand the unique nature of hunting trips, and we strive to provide clear guidelines for cancellations. Please review our hunting trip booking and cancellation policy below:

  1. Reservation Confirmation:
    • To reserve a date for a hunting trip with Soda Peak Outfitters, a 25% booking deposit is required.
  2. Booking Early:
    • It is highly recommended to book early as we have a long waiting list of clients waiting to draw a tag.
  3. Final Payment:
    • Final payment is due upon successfully drawing a Wyoming tag for draw tags.
    • For over-the-counter tags, the final payment is due 60 days before the scheduled hunt date.
  4. Reservations within 60 Days:
    • Reservations made 60 days or less before the selected date require the full payment at the time of booking to confirm your date.
  5. Deposit Policy:
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
  6. Cancellation Deadlines:
    • If the trip is canceled within 60 days of the scheduled date, the customer is responsible for the full trip price.
  7. Refund Process:
    • If you cancel your trip more than 120 days prior to your departure date, we will retain your deposit and credit it toward a future trip with Soda Peak Outfitters.
    • If you cancel 120 days or less but more than 60 days prior to your launch date, you must pay 50% of the trip price.
    • If you cancel within 60 days of your trip departure, you must pay the full trip price.
  8. Notification:
    • If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible.
  9. Weather-related Cancellations:
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect the safety of the trail ride, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the ride. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

    • We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies for full refunds. However, we are willing to credit your balance toward a future trip.
  12. Insurance Recommendation:
    • We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel insurance.

By booking a hunting trip with Soda Peak Outfitters, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy for Soda Peak Outfitters – Backcountry Fishing Trips:

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide clear guidelines for booking and cancellations for you backcountry fishing trip. Please review our policy below:

  1. Reservation Confirmation:
    • To secure your spot on a backcountry fishing trip with Soda Peak Outfitters, an initial 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
    • Reservations made 30 days or less before the selected date require the full payment at the time of booking to confirm your date.
  2. Final Payment:
    • The final payment for both day trips and multiday trips is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
  3. Cancellation Deadlines:
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled trip date, regardless of whether it’s a day trip or multiday trip, will result in the customer being responsible for the full trip price.
  4. Deposit Policy:
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
  5. Refund Process:
    • If you cancel your trip more than 120 days prior to your departure date, we will retain your deposit and credit it toward a future trip with Soda Peak Outfitters.
    • If you cancel 120 days or less but more than 60 days prior to your launch date, you must pay 50% of the trip price.
    • If you cancel within 60 days of your trip departure, you must pay the full trip price.
  6. Rescheduling:
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done in accordance with the cancellation deadlines mentioned above.
  7. Notification:
    • If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible.
  8. Weather-related Cancellations:
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect the safety of the trail ride, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the ride. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  1. Reservation Confirmation:
    • To reserve a date for a summer pack trip with Soda Peak Outfitters, a 25% booking deposit is required upon booking.
  2. Final Payment:
    • Final payment is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
  3. Reservations within 30 Days:
    • Reservations made 30 days or less before the selected date require the full payment at the time of booking to confirm your date.
  4. Deposit Policy:
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
  5. Cancellation Deadlines:
    • If the trip is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the customer is responsible for the full trip price.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Deadline:
    • To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled horseback trail ride.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Cancellations made within the specified 48-hour window will receive a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride will not be eligible for a refund.
    • No-shows on the day of the ride will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Rescheduling:
    • Customers may request to reschedule their ride within the 48-hour window without penalty, subject to availability.
  5. Weather-related Cancellations:
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect the safety of the trail ride, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the ride. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy for Soda Peak Outfitters – Chuckwagon Dinner Rides:

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Deadline:
    • To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled chuckwagon dinner ride.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Cancellations made within the specified 24-hour window will receive a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride will not be eligible for a refund.
    • No-shows on the day of the chuckwagon dinner ride will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Rescheduling:
    • Customers may request to reschedule their chuckwagon dinner ride within the 24-hour window without penalty, subject to availability.
  5. Weather-related Cancellations:
    • In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect the safety or enjoyment of the chuckwagon dinner ride, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
